You know how you sometimes feel stuck and are all up inside your head, thinking and rethinking what you should be doing instead of taking action. What I do is help you see things from a different perspective, opening a discussion in a safe way. I help you see the next step and take action toward what you want with clear intention. For example, my client Sue was under a tight deadline at work, but no matter what she tried she kept putting off doing the work. After a few sessions with me, she realized she was avoiding the work because she didn't feel management understood the scope of the project. Once it became clear what was holding her back she felt empowered to speak to management, explain the issues she was facing and complete the assignment.
